These Terms of Service govern your use of the Blu Drive website and vehicle rental services operated by Blu Lane United LLC ("Blu Drive," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Blu Drive provides vehicle rental services for rideshare and delivery drivers in the Newark, NJ area. We offer weekly and monthly sedan rentals with vehicle delivery to your location.
To rent a vehicle from Blu Drive, you must:
By submitting your phone number through our website or inquiry form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from Blu Lane United LLC at the number provided. Messages may include rental confirmations, vehicle availability updates, appointment reminders, and promotional offers.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at bludrivehq@gmail.com. Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of renting a vehicle.
A separate rental agreement will be provided at the time of vehicle delivery. All rentals are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your rental start date are free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear. Blu Lane United LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
